Clarification to compulsory assignment #2, question 3(b)

In question 3(b)(iv) the set P is the Riemann sphere, that is, P = C together with the point at infinity. Also, in this question f can be any rational function, that is, any of the three previous cases where n<m, n>m, or n=m. Thus to answer 3(b)(iv) it is necessary to consider each of these three cases. In each case you need to consider all the poles and zeros of f in the complex plane together with any poles or zeros that f might have at infinity, and prove that the given statement is true.
