What Are Actuaries?

Dear students. Many of you asked me about the profession of an actuary. More information can be found here. The University of Oslo has a program in this direction. For example, STK450 is one of the courses, which, as well as STK-MAT3700 - Introduction to Mathematical Finance and Investment Theory, are necessary for the profession of an actuary.
