Does anyone use the old (green) FMEA?

If so, please let me know. For the first seminar, the "conversion table" is easy: add 1 to the section number.
New 1.2.4 = old 1.3.4
New 1.3.1 = old 1.4.1
New 1.4.1 = old 1.5.1.
