There will be a debate on Corporate Social Responsibility on Thursday 3rd of November, at 18:00-20:00. The seminar that starts at 16:15 will be cut short a bit in order to make it possible for all of you to attend it. The theme of the debate is an excellent supplement to this course and attendance is highly recommended. In order to make it possible to follow also for non-Norwegians, the debate will be in English. 1. The Lecture on Tuesday 4 OCT is moved to Thursday 22 SEP, at 16:15-18:00. Note: It is in our regular room, ES Aud 4.

2. The Lecture on Tuesday 27 SEP, which was announced as located in GS Aud 2, is now moved to our regular room, ES Aud 4.

Welcome to the course in Corporate Governance. The first lecture will be on Tuesday 23rd of August at 08:15. If you want to prepare for that first lecture, then read chapters 1 and 2 in the textbook. Note that there is no lecture on 30th of August, so that the second lecture will be on 6th of September. Note also that supplies of the textbook at the Akademika book store are delayed. Everything is likely in order in time for the first lecture, the book store tells me. You may still want to explore alternative ways to get hold of a copy.
