Supplementary reading

In the lecture today I had a reference to a report by Tord Krogh "Credit Regulations in Norway, 1970 - 2008"; 37/2010, Statistics Norway. It  contains a detailed survey of the development and changes in the credit market in Norway, especially during the 1980s.You find it under "Supplementary Reading".
