Two typos have been detected.
Page 10, the first displayed equation (in line 5 of the page): The last term should be theta(1-tau)pq, not theta(1-theta)pq.
Page 11, definition of alpha, should be alpha = p2c/(4b), not p2c/b.

Lecture notes for 8 October are available. The two articles by Sørensen are covered, as well as Lund's article in Energy Journal.
The lecture on 1 Oct. will cover, at least, Varian, Lund (1993) and Fane.
The intention is to make lecture notes available at the semester page before 14:00 hrs. the day before the lecture.
The appendix to chapter 12 in Varian's Intermediate Microeconomics has been unchanged in recent editions, at least up until the eighth. You may use the seventh or eighth edition in the library.
The lecture on 17 Sep. will mainly be based on Cremer & Pestieau, Diamond & Mirrlees and Diamond & Sheshinski.
In question 3, there is a typo. h should read n, or, in other words, h=n=units of labour
