Examination for the PhD version

For PhD students who want credit for the course, you need to accomplish three things:

1. Register as a student of the course with Tone Enger
2. Present one of the papers on the extended reading list at the seminar May 13
3. Write a referee report on the paper "Moderating Political Extremism: Single Round vs Runoff Elections under Plurality Rule" by Massimo Bordignon, Tommaso Nannicini, and Guido Tabellini. Deadline for handing in the report is June 16.
