Hi, I have added a question in the fourth problem set. So please consider the new, updated, version. All other things are the same, so no need to print it anew. Florian

An updated version of the notes for lecture 4 have now be uploaded.

I have uploaded 3 documents related to the exhaustible resource part of the course: Lecture overview, reading instructions and overview text. In particular, I encourage reading of the overview text on exhaustibles before the lecture on Sep 8. I have also uploaded slides for this lecture.
