Part 2 has arrived.

Part 1 of the compendium is available at Kopiutsalget, Akademika bookshop.

The Norwegian Chief of Defence, General Sverre Diesen, will give a guest lecture on the military paradigmn shift in Europe on February 16th. Senior researcher and nuclear physicist Dr. Morten Bremer Mærli, Norwegian Institute of International Affairs, will give a guest lecture on WMDs and proliferation.
