Practical part:
•Your are the training department in an insurance company and the management ask you to make a training programme which will be used to train all the employees about how the new law (free insurance movement) will effect their praxis. Outline a didactical analysis and produce the training programme (max 20 pages in toolbox).
Theoretical part:
•Discuss the problems arising when managing knowledge.
•This is a wide question. You have to set the scope on the issues you find interesting.
