ISNE is hosting its first movie night of the school year on September 14th at 16.30 at Helga Eng and we NEED your help! We want you to vote on what movie you want to see. Cast your vote by either adding a comment to the blog, emailing me at kristlba@uv.uio.no, or responding to the ISNE group on facebook.

Results from Term Paper 4 (SNE4220 - Spring 2007) have now been plotted in and are available to each of you individually through your STUDENT WEB access page!

ISNE Movie Night: Friday 16th March at 16.30 - Auditorium 3 - Helga Engs building

"Following the success of our first movie screening, ISNE has decided to present a new movie every second Friday. The second pick is an Oscar winning Italian movie from 1995 called 'Il-Postino' (The Postman). You can read more about it on the ISNE web site and check some of the reviews."

The third UV International Forum this semester will be on Monday 12 March from 15:15-16:00 in HE "Kjeller'n". Senior adviser Mr Thore Hem from NORAD will speak about "Education, Development and the role of International Cooperation". You are all welcome! Light refreshments will be served.

Just to inform you that ISNE is arranging a "Movie Night" (admission free!) this coming Friday 2 March at 17:00 in Auditoruim 3 Helga Eng's building. The film that is to be screened is "Chocolat" with Juliette Binoche, Lene Olin and Johnny Depp, directed by Lasse Hallstrøm.

SNE4230 lecture on statistics with Peer M Sørensen has been re-scheduled one day earlier to Wednesday 28 February 09:15-12:00 in Room HE 233.

The second UV International Forum this semester will be on Monday 19 Feb. from 15:15-16:00 in HE 231. Ass. professor Liv M Lassen will give a talk on "How to promote children's giftedness seen from a multiple intelligence perspective". You are all welcome! Light refreshments available before the meeting. Date for next UV Int. Forum is 12 March.
