For those (and only those) who got the grade F, withdrew from the exam during it, or were sick and delivered a valid attestation from a physician, there is a possibility to have a "continuation exam". The continuation exam will be held on either the 12th or the 13th of August, and you MUST register for it on StudentWeb before the 20th of July. More information is available here .

Only the grade for the final exam can be improved, the two midterm grades will be kept and used to calculate the new total grade.

The final grades for the course will be available on StudentWeb later today. Have a nice summer!

The second and last "mid-term exam" is a home assignment. The assignment will be made public on this web-page on Tuesday, 11th May and your report must be delivered to me on Tuesday, 18th May. You will be required to use some aspects of Matlab or similar programme packages for numerical work and graphical presentations.

You can get back your midterm exam papers with scores by either going to a lecture or by coming to office 403.

MIDTERM EXAM will be held in the Auditorium (room 209) on Tuesday 23d March, 12.15 - 13.45. It will count 20% of the final grade. Mindtveiseksamen avholdes i auditoriet tirsdag 23. mars 12.15 - 13.45. Den teller 20% av sluttkarakteren.

The lesson Thursday 19th February will be a lecture since Martin has just operated his knee. Martin will be back on Thursday 26th February, when the theme is Lesson 2 (originally meant for 29th January). Now you should really be well prepared!!!!

Wrong sign (-) has been corrected (to +) in equation 30 in "Special relativity for AST2110"
