• A small kompendium in Photobiophysics was distributed at today's lecture in FYS 3710. For those of you that have not yet got this kompendium, please contact Einar.

• A schedule for the different labs has now been established, and some students have already signed up. For the rest of the students, please send Einar an e-mail about preferences for lab-days.

• Following a tip from one of the students, for a course FRM 1110 a power-point presentation describing hybridization in a relatively understandable manner is available. The file can be downloaded from the above link. See in particular pages 14 and on.

• The Norwegian version of Oblig 1 can now be downloaded from this link

• The Norwegian and English texts of exercises to be discussed next Wednesday can also de downloaded. Answers to these exercises are availeable here (Norwegian). and here (English)

• Just to rehearse: The mid-term exam...

• A preliminary version of the complete schedule for FYS 3710 is now available. There may still occur minor modifications, however.

• The mid-term exam will take place Fri Oct.15 at 1100 - 1300 in Vilhelm Bjerknes Hus.

• Final exam will take place on Thu. Dec. 02.

• There will be two periods with laboratory exercises due to the large number of students. The first week will be Nov. 1 - 5, the second week will be Nov. 15 - 19. Details later.

• The schedule for FYS 3710 has been updated to near the end of October.

• It is proposed that the mid-tem exam will take place on Fri Oct. 15. The final decision on this rests with the Department of Physics.

• The detailed schedule for FYS 3710 Fall 2004 has now been updated until about September 20. This update will provide you with the reading list for this period.

• The second half of the main compendium will be available from Fri., Aug. 26.

• The midtermexam will take place in Week 42, Oct. 11 - 15. The actual day is not decided yet.
