No requests have been received to hold the revision class on Friday 4 December so it is cancelled.

The revision class on Friday 4 December will be cancelled unless I receive a request to hold it from any of those attending the course. Requests to me by email, please, by 16.00 Thursday. Brian.

The lecture session on Friday 27 November will also be extended by 1-2 hours so we can go through some examples. In addition there will be a revision/practice class on Monday 30 November from 13.15-16.00 in Room 801 (B81).

The lecture session on Friday 20 November will be extended by 1-2 hours so we can go through some examples (e.g. from past exam papers).

Assignment no. 3 is now issued. The deadline is 09.15 on Friday 20 November.

The lecture notes for 23 October are now uploaded, together with Z&B Chapter 8. These files are rather large.

The lecture scheduled for Friday 16 October will be given instead on Thursday 15 October from 15.15-17.00 in room B70.

Chapter 4 of Zenkert & Battley has been uploaded. This gives a more thorough treatment of some aspects of failure of laminates than AB&C and is recommended as additional reading.

The lecture originally scheduled for Friday 18 September will be given instead on Thursday 17 September from 14.15-17.00 in room B70.

Starting Friday 4 September the lectures will be held in room B70, 7th floor.

I confirm that there will be a lecture session on Tuesday 1 September, starting at 09.15, in room 534, Niels Henrik Abels hus. This replaces the lecture scheduled for 28 August. The lecture scheduled for Friday 4 September will proceed as planned. Brian.

The lecture notes for the first lecture can now be downloaded. After 21 August all lecture notes will be password protected.

The first lecture will be given on Friday 21 August at 09.15 in room B91. The lecture scheduled for 28 August will have to be moved to another date - this will be agreed at the first lecture.
