Printing mistakes in Lecture Note to Rice chap. 8: 1) The first term in equation (17) should be: "n alpha ln(lambda)" (and not "n alpha ln( alpha)" as is written) 2) In the joint pdf just before equation (17), "Gamma(alpha)" in the denominator should be "Gamma(alpha) raised to the power of n".
