Therefore, you are not expected to have detailed knowledge of these sections.

I have updated solutions to the exercises with last week' s exercises. I have also added a solution to this week's exercise from chapter 14, so that the solution manual now is complete with all chapters. I urge everyone to try to solve last year's exam, and use this week's exercise session to ask me questions. This friday is the last exercise session in the course. Øyvind

The second compulsory exercise can be found here. Its deadline is 1/10, and it builds on exercise 4.35, which is one of the exercises given for next week. I recommend that you start by doing exercise 4.35 (for instance on this friday's exercise session), and then continue with the compulsory exercise. Øyvind
